Year Four Progress Report

In the four years since the Davis campus Strategic Plan was adopted, much progress has been made in achieving its goals and objectives.  This report provides an assessment of what has been accomplished during the 2006-07 academic year and what we hope to achieve in the coming year.

The Year Four report consists of individual reports for each of the 14 strategies that form the Strategic Plan.  The format is a simple one – a brief narrative summary of 2006-07 implementation efforts; a bullet-form description of advances and ongoing programs consistent with the strategy; a bullet-form statement of plans for 2007-08, and, where appropriate, a discussion of the metrics used to measure progress in advancing a strategy.  We have deliberately tried to make the reports brief, with links to additional information for those interested.

We hope you will review these progress reports and send your thoughts, comments, and suggestions to the point people for a particular strategy or to strategicplan@ucdavis.edu.  Your input is welcomed.  Much has been accomplished since the Plan’s inception, although much remains to be done.  Please join us as we continue to transform a plan into reality.
